1.Release all expense claims made by a BDC account manager from 2006 to June 2025.

1. Provide a list of all BDC Designated Counsel in Ottawa, Gatineau, Kingston, Cornwall, Hawkesbury, Pembroke, North Bay and Sudbury which describes how many BDC clients engaged the legal services of each Designated Counsel from 2015 to June 2025.

2. Create a list by fiscal year outlining the number of BDC employees who have declared any gifts or discounts including the dollar amount and the source of the gift or discounts from 2015 to June 2025.

3. Create a list by fiscal year of past and current BDC employee breaches of the BDC Code of Conduct investigations, citing the alleged beach and finding of the investigation from 2015 to June 2025. Do not name the employee.
