The BDC provides Management Services to its clients. I am looking for copies of the BDC’s internal SOPs or guides which details how BDC employees or partners are to advise clients on how to respond to unionization in their workforce. I am also looking for internal documentation or training material that détails the BDC’s general stance in relation to a union forming at one of their portfolio companies.
