Hi, I am looking for copies of boilerplate agreements that are generally used as a starting point before tailoring an agreement to a specific investee prior to granting them funds from the venture capital division. I am specifically looking for boilerplate agreements that are used for the Seed Venture Fund, Growth Venture Fund and IT venture fund. If not already included in the boilerplate agreements, I am also looking for a list of criteria that an investee must meet prior to be granted investment under those 3 funds along with criteria that must be maintained while the BDC holds a position in that company.
