I am looking for the total number of investments held by the BDC where there is either direct knowledge of, or reasonable grounds to suspect, that human rights violations are being perpetrated either as a direct result of their business activities or as a side effect. It should be noted that for the purposes of this request, reasonable grounds to suspect human rights violations includes without limitations any form of union avoidance activity. In the event that the search yield responsive records, the number found should be categorized by industry.
