Statistics from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2018, of all live imported non-domesticated wildlife species that do not require an import permit but are inspected and released by the Canada Border Services Agency, broken down by: importation for commercial and non-commercial purposes. Additionally, the number of live imported reptiles, amphibians, birds and non-domesticated mammals, broken down by: species, country of origin, country from where consigned, animal source, purpose for import, type of transport, and mortality rates. This excludes the following species: plants, fish, invertebrates, livestock and domesticated mammals including cats, dogs, guinea pigs, donkeys, horses, ferrets, rabbits, fancy mice, and fancy rats.
