Records concerning the March 11, 2015, regulatory amendment to the Department of Employment and Social Development Regulations which allows Employment and Social Development Canada to share information it collects with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). Specifically reasons for this regulatory amendment and how CBSA intends to use this new tool for accessing information about persons in contravention of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
