Any policies, insurance policies or human resources procedures regarding health and safety, liability or insurance policy restrictions regarding employees or executives accessing the Canada Border Services Agency offices in general, and in particular the Sir Richard Scott building after regular work hours. Additionally internal procedures and policies that Human Resources (HR) or Labour Relations (LR) have for considering and advising on possible accomodations for disability or religion. Any procedures or policies related to transparency or procedural fairness that HR or LR have when deliberating on requests for accomodations for religion or disability including procedures for informing employee requesting accomodations about the principles, rules and step by step procedures.
