Statistics from March 1 to December 31, 2020, on: the total number of refugee intake Refugee Appeal Division (RPD) eligibility interviews conducted by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for all the refugee claimants that have made their application online, including the region or province where the claim originated or the interview is conducted. Additionally, the total number of claims that have been processed by the CBSA and referred to be RPD, the total number of interviews conducted by the CBSA for individuals against whom a removal order is in force, and the total number of individuals who have been removed during this period.
