Statistics from January 1, 2018 to December 3, 2020, on the Alternative to Detention (ATD) program including: the average length of time spent by someone in the ATD program; the number of people released from the ATD program; the results from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) ATD Pilot project; the number of people that were part of GTA ATD pilot; the number of people using electronic monitoring through the ATD program; and the demographics of people using ATD program including refugee claimants and asylum seekers.
