Broken down by the number of: deferral requests initiated by a rejected or ineligible refugee claimant in Canada; pending requests from the previous calendar year; withdrawn requests; decisions granting such requests; decisions refusing such requests; cases where the request was not decided before the removal was executed; cases where the removal was halted by a stay motion issued by the Federal Court.
