Broken down by the number of: deferral requests made where the request was based on a risk in the country of removal; pending requests from the previous calendar year; withdrawn requests; decisions granting such requests; decisions refusing such requests; cases where such a request was not decided before removal was executed; requests where the deferral was halted by a stay motion issued by the Federal Court. Further disaggregated between failed or ineligible refugee claimants, and other foreign nationals.
