Statistics from January 1, 2015 to December 6, 2022, on planned removals in respect of which a stay of removal was sought before the Federal Court. For each year, broken down by: the number of planned removals in respect of which a stay of removal was sought before the Federal Court, the number of planned removals that were postponed or cancelled as a result of a stay ordered by the Federal Court, the number of planned removals in respect of which a stay of removal was sought before the Federal Court, but where the stay of removal was rejected, regardless of whether the removal was actually enforced.
