Additionally, records from February 3, 2022, regarding the requests for information (RFI) sent by Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) to all known producers of container chassis in Mexico, Turkey and the United-States (US). Including the list of companies that received surrogate RFI’s in Mexico, Turkey and US, the replies from the container chassis producers and the information provided by the importers regarding the resales in Canada.
