• the number of removals annually, disaggregated by type of status lost, country of removal and type of representation during removal proceedings.
• the number of individuals released under Alternative to Detention (ATD) programs or supervision agreements, including the type of release conditions and the internal guidelines or training manuals for Canada Border Services Agency officers regarding ATDs.
• the memorandum of understanding or operational agreements between the Canada Border Services Agency and provincial jails in Newfoundland. Specifically, any guidance or internal policy documents related to the detention and supervision decisions, the inter-agency referrals or enforcement coordination with the Department of Advanced Education and Skills (AESL), the Children, Seniors and Social Development (CSSD) office, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) or the Newfoundland Health Handling of out-of-status or undocumented individuals and the training materials related to immigration enforcement discretion or community release.
