Broken down by the number of planned removals in respect of which a stay of removal was sought before the Federal Court, the number of planned removals that were postponed or cancelled as a result of a stay ordered by the Federal Court, the number of planned removals in respect of which a stay of removal was sought before the Federal Court, but where the stay of removal was rejected, regardless of whether the removal was actually enforced. Finally, the number of removals that were enforced following a rejected stay of removal by the Federal Court.
