Records including, but not limited to, internal policies, memorandums, rationales, plans, quotas, reports, directives, training manuals or materials, presentations, instructions, and guidelines, from January 1, 2010, to July 23, 2025, regarding the guidance for Canada Border Services Agency officers/Minister's Delegates who believe a refugee claimant may be inadmissible on grounds of IRPA section 34, s.35, s.36 or s.37. Specifically, all internal policies and guidance to officers determining whether to prepare an inadmissibility report /referral to the Immigration Division for an admissibility hearing or to refer the claimant to the Refugee Protection Division to consider exclusion from refugee protection under section F of Article 1 of the Refugee Convention.
