A complete list of all managers currently on "travel status," the rationale for approving any work objectives that put any manager on travel status in the Pacific Highway District. Additionally, details of approval for these claims, including the names of the individuals submitting the claims and who authorized or processed these expenses. Including verification materials, for instance, if a travel claim is approved for a specific person to work at a place and time, include a record of attendance or comparable documentation to assist in the verification of the basis of the claim. Furthermore, any internal correspondence or memoranda discussing or pertaining to the approval or review process for these travel claims within the Pacific Highway District and the relation of management travel expenses to budgetary concerns. Finally, a summary of total travel expenses for managers within the district, including any reported discrepancies or audits conducted in relation to these claims.
