Records from January 1, 2023, to January 28, 2025, regarding charges laid by the Canada Border Services Agency related to seizures of firearms, drugs and currency. Specifically, all records from the Integrated Customs Enforcement System's system and/or related databases detailing firearms and drugs seized on, near or between the Southern Ontario-New York border. Including, but not be limited to, the following fields: The date and precise location of the seizure; A description of what was seized, including the type and amount; A description of the individual or business, if an individual, their date of birth, address, citizenship, gender, race, occupation, description of criminal history. If a business, its name and address; The name and address of the person's intended destination; The intended destination of the property seized; Any civil or criminal charges, including case numbers, filed as a result of the seizure, as well as the name and identifying information of the defendant (date of birth; address; citizenship; gender; race; occupation; description of criminal history); The current status or outcome of the charges. Records of seizures that result in charges only.
