Statistics from January 1, 2002 to February 11, 2025 regarding the processing of applications for Ministerial relief under sections 34(2), 35(2), 37(2) or 42.1 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. Specifically, the number of applications decided per year and the number of applications that remained pending at the end of each year. Additionally, the length of time between the submission of the application and the decision, as well as the outcome of the application, and the relevant ministerial relief provision for the applications that were decided. Finally, a breakdown of applications by year of submission of the applications still pending.
