Records regarding any Task- Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) contracts, in which said procurements were set aside under the Federal Government Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Businesses and were awarded to Dalian Enterprises and Coradix Technology Consultants in Joint Venture (the supplier). This includes bid submission forms, set-aside for Aboriginal business - Certification, SACC Manual clause A3001T, Annexes to the Resulting Contracts including any: Statement of Work, Tasking Assessment Procedure, Task Authorization (TA) Form, Resources Assessment Criteria and Response Table, Certifications at the TA stage including: Certification of Education and Experience, Certification of Availability of Personnel, Certification of Status of Personnel, Certification of Language, and Non Disclosure Agreement. Also, Audits performed by Canada on any of said contracts/TAs. For any work that was subcontracted: evidence of the proportion of work done by subcontractor(s), evidence that the subcontractor(s) was an Indigenous business, certifications and proof that at least 33% of the value of the work was performed by an Indigenous business, any binding provisions in which subcontractors agreed to provide the supplier with information, substantiating their compliance with the set-aside for the Aboriginal Business Program.
