Documents for the following periods: from January 1, 2002 to June 27, 2012, from June 28, 2012 to March 14, 2023 and March 15, 2023 to March 14, 2024 for failed asylum seekers who have applied for leave and judicial review in the Federal Court against a decision of the Refugee Protection Division or the Section Refugee Appeal and whose application for leave or judicial review is the subject of an order rejecting it. Specifically, statistics on the number of asylum seekers whose open work permits have been cancelled, suspended or refused by the Canada Border Services Agency or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
