Specifically, the number of calls received, the number of Tier 1 agents assigned, the number of Tier 2 agents assigned, the number of calls answered by Tier 1 agents, the number of calls answered by Tier 2 agents, the number of calls dropped, the hours of overtime, the service standard for each month, the percentage of time agents meet the service standard,the  longest wait time and the average wait time.
