Statistics for the following periods: March 15, 2023 to March 14, 2024, June 28, 2012 to March 14, 2023 and January 1, 2002 to June 27, 2012, for failed refugee claimants who are subject to an enforceable removal order and are not yet eligible to submit a Pre-Removal Risk Assessment application as a result of paragraph 112(2)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. Specifically, the number of refugee claimants whose open work permits were cancelled, suspended or refused by the Canada Border Services Agency or the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
