Records from January 1, 2023, to January 28, 2025, regarding the charges laid by the Canada Border Services Agency against people arrested or detained for alleged human trafficking and migrant smuggling on the Southern Ontario-New York border. Specifically, the date and location of the apprehension, the names and identifying information of those charged (date of birth, address, citizenship, gender, race, occupation), the names and identifying information of those charged (date of birth, address, citizenship, gender), the names and identifying information of others detained victims with the reasons stated for their purpose in crossing, including intended destination and the current outcome of the charges. Finally, the systems searched should include, but not be limited to the: Integrated Customs Enforcement System, Field Operations Support System, Immigration Detainees Management System, Enforcement Information Index System and Criminal Investigations Information Management System.
