Including but not limited to briefing notes or memos circulated at the manager level and above, all email and written correspondence and any other relevant documents circulated. Specifically, the courses officers in the training must complete, the consequences for poor performance, the training the instructors have prior to teaching the course, the accommodations offered to the officers during the training and the statistics for the success rate of the program. Finally, explanation of the Training Programs assessment including testing, the minimum passing mark, the repercussions for failing the assessment, the length of assessment and assessment parameters and training provided for preparing for the assessment, including any training manuals or materials.
