Records regarding all current Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) policies and procedures in relation to disclose of records held by the CBSA to the opposing party in proceedings before the Immigration Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, that is to detainees in detention review hearings and to the respondents in admissibility hearings. Specifically, both CBSA policy on disclosure and training materials, guidelines to hearing officers, memos, or any document containing instructions or policy statements to hearing officers on the issue of disclosure to the adverse party in Immigration Division proceedings.
