Records from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024, regarding the comprehensive set of documents pertaining to the establishment, mandate, operations, and governance of the "Significant Event Emergency Management" Working Group within the Concept of Operations for the Gordie Howe International Bridge (GHIB) project. Specifically, foundational documents, charters, terms of reference, or other records that define the Working Group's original and ongoing mandate, goals, and scope, particularly in the context of "Significant Event Emergency Management", documentation of any amendments, updates, or reviews outlining changes to the Working Group's mandate or objectives over time and organizational charts that show the Working Group's structure, its positioning within the GHIB Concept of Operations, and its relationship to other project teams and external stakeholders. Additionally, a complete list of current and former members, including names, roles, job titles, agency or organizational affiliations, and dates of membership, including records specifying membership criteria, such as qualifications, competencies, or selection standards for members, as well as procedures for member appointment, turnover, and filling vacancies. Finally, documents outlining the governance and oversight mechanisms of the Working Group are requested, including reporting requirements, obligations to senior management or oversight bodies, and copies of performance assessments or evaluations of the Working Group's effectiveness. Including the metrics or criteria used in evaluations, formal reports, findings, and recommendations and records of any internal or external audits or compliance reviews conducted, including related action plans or corrective measures, are also requested.
