Records from January 1, 2020, to July 25, 2024, regarding the information on the accommodation process and outcomes of those requests associated with the COVID-19 vaccination policy. Specifically, all files, records and communications held by the Canada Border Services Agency related to the accommodation process under the Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration. Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, such as names, job titles, and contact information for members of the "dedicated review committee"responsible for reviewing religious accommodation requests. Finally, statistics of the amount of accommodation requests made by Agency employees and managers, including work locations and job titles, the number of requests approved and religious affiliation of requests that were approved.
