Records from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024, regarding the documents pertaining to the establishment, mandate, operations, and governance of the "Significant Event Emergency Management" Working Group within the Concept of Operations for the Gordie Howe International Bridge (GHIB) project. Specifically, documentation of significant accomplishments, milestones, and key activities of the Working Group, as recorded in progress reports, project summaries, or updates. Second of all, records of operational challenges encountered, including lessons learned, corrective actions taken, and strategic adaptations implemented in response. Third of all, records of audits, compliance checks, or certification reviews to confirm the Working Group's adherence to federal, provincial, or international standards in emergency management and operational readiness. Fourth of all, documentation on compliance with best practices, policies, or guidelines in emergency management, including external assessments or certifications. Fifth of all, strategic planning documents outlining the Working Group's goals and planned activities for future phases of the GHIB project. Finally, records regarding the Working Group's long-term sustainability, including plans for a reorganization, transition, or dissolution, and criteria for determining when its objectives have been achieved, are also sought.
