Statistics broken down by year from January 1, 2003, to December 31, 2024, (1) regarding the number of persons whose examination at a port of entry was deferred/continued and who then failed to appear as directed; (2) the number of persons who were subject to an enforceable removal order and required to report for removal or confirm departure but failed to do so; (3) the number who failed to appear for an immigration hearing or any other lawful immigration process they were directed to attend; (4) and the combined group in (1)-(3), the number for whom a warrant was issued. Broken down for each category and year by Immigration and Refugee Protection Act Division 4 inadmissibility section (ss. 34, 35, 35.1, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 40.1, 41, 42) where applicable, and by the country of citizenship/country of origin. Additionally, records from November 21 to 24, 2025, regarding all active warrants, with the same breakdown. Include aggregate data only and exclude personal identifiers.
