Records from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, regarding commercial dogs entering Canada from the United States for scientific research purposes that were found non-compliant and/or rejected from entry and/or were ordered to be removed from Canada. Additionally, records related to visual and health inspections conducted at the point of entry by Canadian officials, including the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) inspection and the Canada Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) veterinarian inspection records produced. Also, including the final record on the decision made regarding the dogs' eligibility to enter Canada, which states the reason for a non-compliance finding, the name of the entity from which the dogs originate, and the name of the entity the dogs were to arrive at in Canada. Exclude records that are not relevant to inspections of the health and welfare of the animals at the point of entry by the CBSA and CFIA, such as the formal customs entry declarations, veterinary health certificates, vaccine documentation and rabies certificates.
