Records from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023, April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024 and April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, regarding all investigation records pertaining to open, ongoing, and closed cases of misconduct or wrongdoing that directly involve interference with immigration, refugees, enforcement, or border processing functions, as referenced or summarized in the reports. Specifically, records limited to cases where the alleged misconduct had a direct or material impact on immigration or border decision-making, processing, enforcement, or admissibility determinations, including but not limited to interfering with immigration or border processing, improper influence on admissibility, enforcement, detention, or removal decisions, misuse of authority or access affecting immigration files or border operations, breach of trust or conflict of interest where it affected immigration or border processing outcomes and any related misconduct categories identified in the report that implicate immigration or border functions. Exclude records that are solely related to internal workplace, labour, or human resources matters where there was no direct connection to immigration or border processing functions. For each relevant investigation, requesting records to form part of the investigation file, with redactions where required, including where available: Case numbers or internal identifiers; Case status (open, ongoing, or closed); Year the investigation was initiated and, where applicable, concluded; Nature and categories of the misconduct; Immigration or border function implicated (e.g., visa processing, examinations, enforcement); Decision-making stage affected (e.g., admissibility determination, enforcement action); Whether discretionary authority was exercised; Investigative outcomes for closed cases (e.g., founded/unfounded, disciplinary measures); Applicable policy, legislative, or regulatory provisions; Statistical summaries, briefing notes, or internal materials used to compile the annual report. Including summaries or aggregated records that convey the substance of the investigations and outcomes if full disclosure of investigation files is not possible.
