Summary:

Records from January 1, 2016, and February 18, 2026, regarding the use in Access Pro Case Management software (APCM) of fictional or non-real officer profiles and associated folders used as categories to manage and triage Access to Information and Privacy files. Including any such profiles or folders used for workload management, file routing, backlog management, withholding strategies, special handling, quality control, or any other operational purpose. Specifically, a list of all such APCM officer profiles and related folders that do not correspond to real employees but to artificial categories, including for each the exact profile name, any associated folder name, any description or guidance explaining its purpose and use, and the date it was created; for each such profile/folder, the total number of files currently assigned to it as of the date of this request; any approval or decision record that authorized the creation or use of these fictional or non-real officer profiles and folders in APCM. If any part of this request is considered too broad, I am open to modifying the scope of this request. Exclude drafts if a final version is available and all duplicate copies of the same record. All Cabinet Confidences (section 69) should be marked as non-relevant.
