Records from April 1, 2021, to February 10, 2026, regarding statistical and aggregate records relating to the Access to Information Act (ATIA) and Privacy Act (PA) requests submitted by current or former Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) employees. Specifically, the total number of ATIA requests submitted by current or former CBSA employees, broken down by fiscal year; the total number of PA requests submitted by current or former CBSA employees, broken down by fiscal year; any breakdowns available by request type; any reports, dashboards, summaries, or briefing materials prepared for management regarding employee use of the ATIA or PA processes; and any analyses or trend reports discussing increases or patterns in employee-submitted ATIA and PA requests. Exclude any personal identifiers relating to individual requesters.
