Records from January 1, 2020, to February 11, 2026, regarding to any discussion, consideration, or practice of reviewing, monitoring, or accessing the social media accounts of employees who are on medical leave, disability leave, or workplace accommodation. Specifically, all emails, messages, memoranda, notes, briefings, reports, or correspondence that reference: social media searches, social media monitoring, online surveillance, or review of employees' public or private online activity in relation to employees on accommodation or leave; any policies, procedures, guidance documents, or directives that authorize, recommend, or discuss reviewing employees' social media in the context of: accommodation sick leave, return-to-work, fitness for duty, or attendance management; records of meetings or discussions (including minutes, notes, or summaries) where such practices were discussed or considered; and any tracking documents, logs, reports, or case-management tools showing instances where employees' social media was reviewed or documented for these purposes. Including informal communications and working notes. Exclude any personal information about identifiable employees.
