Records from January 1 to April 1, 2026, regarding all documents pertaining to requests made under the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Intellectual Property Rights Program. Additionally, a complete list of all intellectual property that was enrolled under the program during that time period; a complete list of all intellectual property that was the subject of an application or request for enrollment under the program during that time period, whether or not still pending evaluation; a complete list of all intellectual property that was the subject of a Request for Assistance under the program during that time period; all Requests for Assistance that were received by the CBSA during that time period under the program; all confirmations of enrollment into the program during that time period; all approval letters or acceptance notifications under the program during that time period; and the names of all rights holders to any of the foregoing intellectual property.
