Records from January 1, 2023, to March 21, 2024, regarding all emails, communications, meeting notes, reports, memoranda, or other documents produced or received by individuals within the Commercial and Trade branch, specifically the Trade and Anti-Dumping Programs, Trade Compliance and Trade Policy at Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) that relate to, arise from, or mention a connection between forced labour and the production of solar modules in a country other than Canada. Specifically, documents of any kind relating to enforcement, investigation or verification actions taken by CBSA with respect to the importation of solar modules to Canada.
