Records from January 1, 2020, to April 1, 2026, regarding Refugee Claims Based on Sexual Orientation. Specifically, any records, statistical tables, datasets, or reports showing the number of refugees or asylum claims made in Canada in which the claimant cited persecution or harassment based on sexual orientation; any records or statistical breakdowns indicating whether such claims were made under: the Refugee Protection Division, Pre-Removal Risk Assessment, or Humanitarian and Compassionate applications; any existing tables, datasets, or reports that show the country of origin of applicants who filed such claims; and any existing statistical records or reports showing the outcomes of such claims, such as accepted, rejected, withdrawn, or abandoned.
