First of all, records from January 1, 2023, to January 1, 2026, regarding the policies, procedures, memos, directives, decision trees, presentation materials, records of decision, emailed or documented instructions, or approved briefing notes setting out departmental approaches for rationales for approving or rejecting telework requests, including rejections where accommodation under the Duty to Accommodate was formally requested, and whether occupation requirements or undue hardship was cited by the employer. Second of all, records from January 1, 2023, to January 1, 2026, regarding any reports held by the Canada Border Services Agency regarding duty to accommodate of employees of the department, including but not limited to all statistics on the number of duty to accommodate requests received, the prohibited grounds the request is based on, the number declined, and the number approved both nationally, regionally and by business line/department. Third of all, records from January 1, 2022, to January 10, 2024, regarding the telework-related Duty To Accommodate requests, including the total number of employee accommodation requests that involve teleworking on the grounds of disability, and how many of those were accepted and/or implemented, the average processing time for all accommodation requests made by employees, and the average processing time for telework-related accommodation requests made by employees on the ground of disability. Finally, any written form of documentation which outlines the criteria under which a request for full time telework/Work from home should be; Approved and/or Denied, specifically when related to medical needs/Crohn's Disease.
