Summary:

Records from January 1, 2025, to May 6, 2026, regarding to any engagement, coordination, facilitation, or interaction with the social media personality Virginie Gagnon, also known by the Instagram handle viegagnon. Specifically:
1. Financial and Non-Financial Consideration: All records reflecting any form of consideration provided, directly or indirectly, including: Payments, honorariums, stipends, or reimbursements; Travel, accommodation, meals, or per diems; Access to CBSA facilities, uniforms, equipment, vehicles, or personnel; Any other goods, services, or benefits provided in connection with content creation.
2. Contracts, Agreements, and Terms: All contracts, memoranda of understanding, releases, waivers, or written agreements; Any terms governing filming, photography, content creation, posting, approvals, or restrictions; Any documentation outlining expectations or limitations placed on the individual.
3. Internal and External Communications: All communications referencing or relating to Virginie Gagnon and/or @viegagnon, including: Emails, MS Teams chats, SMS/text messages, and call summaries; Communications within CBSA and with external parties (including PR firms, agencies, or the influencer directly); Planning, coordination, approval, and post-publication discussions.
4. 5.
