Counsel & Corporate Secretary and CEO or other members of ESC regarding the CDIC's Voluntary Early Departure Incentive Program including all draft agendas, final agendas, draft briefing notes and final briefing notes, final decks, all email exchanges, and minutes taken for ESC and the Board meetings detailing discussions and decisions made by ESC and the Board of Directors during their respective meetings that took place in preparation for the June, July, August and September related to the CDIC's Voluntary Early Departure Incentive Program ("VEDIP"). Please include all final notes, emails, briefings notes, recommendations and decisions made by the CEO, Christa Walker, Nancy Gour or members of ECS related to and in preparation for the Board Discussions in June, July, August and September on the VEPIP.
