Request Text: Under an agreement signed in 1944, Norman Wells oilfield is owned two-thirds by Imperial Oil Limited (IOL) and one-third by the federal government of Canada. Imperial Oil is designated as the operator of the facility, responsible for its development and operation. Each party has a responsibility to set aside annually in a trust fund an amount of money for end of life environmental reclamation and remediation of Norman Wells oil production facility? I'm looking for the total amount in this trust fund and a digital copy of the agreement signed in 1944.
