Seeking a copy of the Green and Inclusive Community Buildings (GICB) grant application submitted by the Elgin County Railway Museum (ECRM) in St. Thomas, Ontario, between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2024. I am specifically requesting the full application package, including Schedule B (Asset Condition/Building Integrity) and any attached structural engineering audits or feasibility studies regarding the building's roof and structural integrity. I am also requesting any records available in regard to Aaron Berg, a former ECRM board member and the author of the GICB for the ECRM, as well as a former employee of Canada Infrastructure Bank to confirm that conflicts of interest were disclosed and the Museum organization is thoroughly informed and protected
