CIB Loan to BC Hydro for North Coast Transmission Line Early Works (November 2025):

On around November CIB announced a $139.5 million loan to BC Hydro for 'early works' including pre-construction activities such as project planning, engineering, fieldwork, procurements, consultation with First Nation communities, stakeholder engagements and enabling works to improve site access. Please provide the following: (i) a copy of the loan document(s) that set out the terms of the loan between CIB and BC Hydro, (ii) any loan application submitted by BC Hydro to CIB, and (iii) any other documents submitted by BC Hydro to CIB in support of the loan or loan application.
