Please provide records showing the financial terms and public-risk assessment of the CIB financing package, including but not limited to: the loan agreement or agreements; term sheets; credit agreements; board approval records; investment committee materials; credit memoranda; risk assessments; value-for-money assessments; public-interest assessments; briefing notes; records showing the interest rate or pricing formula; maturity date; amortization schedule; grace period or interest-only period; repayment profile; security package; seniority or subordination of CIB financing; covenants; default terms; expected return to CIB; concessionality, subsidy value, or below-market component, if any; comparison to market-rate financing; records explaining how the loan terms protect taxpayers; records explaining why the terms were not publicly disclosed. If any information is withheld under third-party commercial confidentiality or another exemption, please sever exempt information and release all non-exempt portions. Please also release any aggregate, summary, or public-accountability information that does not reveal legitimately confidential commercial information.
