Please provide copies of all memos, briefing notes, reports and plans between October 26, 2023 and April 25, 2024 which specifically indicate the possibility of IRCC conducting a Canadian Experience Class draw, or another non-category-based general draw that exclusively considers temporary residents already in the country.
