I am requesting access to records held by IRCC related to the internal handling of misrepresentation findings under section 40 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). Please find the details of my request grouped by category, with a timeframe of January 1, 2020 to the date of processing. Officer Training, SOPs, and Internal Tools Please provide: - Officer training manuals, job aids, SOPs, and guidance documents on misrepresentation detection, assessment, and enforcement. - Any GCMS note-taking templates, triage guidance, or "Complex Case" flagging procedures related to s.40 IRPA. - Please provide only the English version of records where bilingual versions exist. - Exclude records that require consultation for confirmation of Cabinet confidence. -Remove irrelevant content and redact personal identifiers under section 19 of the Act. - Please provide documents in PDF format where possible. - TRU SOPs or admissibility-related SOPs used for suspected misrepresentation cases.
