Pursuant to the Access to Information Act, I am requesting access to records held by IRCC related to the internal handling of misrepresentation findings under section 40 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). Please find the details of my request grouped by category, with a timeframe of January 1, 2020 to the date of processing. Policy Interpretation and Internal Clarifications Please provide: - Internal memos, bulletins, or circulars discussing the threshold for materiality and intent in misrepresentation assessments. - Communications or updates related to the misrepresentation processing framework since 2018. - Please provide only the English version of records where bilingual versions exist. - Exclude records that require consultation for confirmation of Cabinet confidence. - Remove irrelevant content and redact personal identifiers under section 19 of the Act. - Please provide documents in PDF format where possible.
