  2. All correspondence between SICL and Gérard Poirier concerning lots no. 1,847,278, 2,049,921 and 2,521,465, then respectively designated as lots 47, 45 and 48 or, 47-8, 68-2 and 48-2 (depending on the date), between January 1, 1985 and January 1, 1988;
  3. All correspondence between SICL and Gérard Paquette concerning lots no. 1,847,250, 2,050,152 and 2,521,539, then respectively designated as lots 30, 45 and 48 or 30-147, 68-1 and 48-1 (depending on the date), between January 1, 1985 and January 1, 1988;
  4. Any plan concerning the rock quarry and/or the Lots prepared between 1969 and 2004 that SICL has in its possession;
  5. Any contract or subcontract between SICL and any third party concerning the operation of the rock quarry located on the Lots, including for the supply, sale or transport of rock or other minerals between 1969 and 2004;
  6. Any operating report of the quarry located on the Lots that SICL has in its possession for the years 1969 to 2004.
