Completed Access to Information Requests

This access to information request aims to obtain copies of all documents and information held by Canada Lands Company regarding the pumping station for sanitary and storm sewers located on lots 3 086 741and 3 086 851 of the Quebec cadastre (hereinafter the "Lots") owned by it in the Saint Hubert borough of the City of Longueil. Specifically, we are making this access to information and documents request to obtain copies of all documents and information held by Canada Lands Company regarding the pumping station for sanitary and storm sewers located on the lots, as well as all relevant information related to the sanitary and/or storm sewer service serving the lots and buildings in the southwest sector of the Saint-Hubert airport, including the buildings located at 4801, rue Leckie and 4801-3, rue Leckie. Without limitation, we wish to obtain all documents related to the pumping station for sanitary and storm sewers located on the Lots and held by Canada Lands Company, for example: Any authorization issued to Canada Lands Company (permits, ministerial authorization, etc.) regarding the construction, installation, and connection of the pumping station located on the Lots (including all documents that are an integral part of and listed in these authorizations); Any request for authorization or permit related to the connection of the pumping station located on the Lots submitted to MELCCFP by Canada Lands Company; Any authorization or permit related to the connection of the pumping station located on the Lots held by Canada Lands Company; Any request for authorization or permit related to the connection to the sanitary and/or storm sewer submitted to MELCCFP for the Lots by Canada Lands Company; Any authorization or permit related to the connection to the sanitary and/or storm sewer issued for the Lots to Canada Lands Company; Any inspection report produced by Canada Lands Company regarding the pumping station located on the Lots; Any notice of non-compliance or any other document regarding the pumping station located on the Lots; Any document regarding the sanitary and/or storm sewer services serving the Lots and buildings located at 4801, rue Leckie and 1111-3, rue Leckie; Any information related to the number and identification of properties served by the pumping station located on the Lots; Any other document held by Canada Lands Company regarding the ownership of the pumping station located on the Lots. Finally, please note that if this includes colour documents (plans, photos), we would like to have colour copies. All documents can be sent to us by email.
